Hey im Danni! I’ve been on Tom’s nutritional plan for just over 2 years and to say its changed alot would be an understatement.
I initially started out wanting to decrease body fat whilst increasing my energy levels as best i could. I started out on 1600 calories a day…. Rush forward 2years and im now on average eating about 2200calories a day! And guess what…. My body fat is less, my muscle has increased and my energy to get up and go is much better!
The good thing about this plan is i dont see it as a diet but a lifestyle choice, Tom and i work together to make the plan as exciting as it can be ( and to make sure the luxuries like peanut butter are added in to make me happy!) Tom is only at the end of a text if i need a change or if i have a competition and need some advice on what to eat.
I work shifts so fitting in the food on times can be difficult but seeing the results at the end of the 8 weeks makes it worthwhile.
Eating more definitely doesn’t make you bigger, its about eating the right food at the right times 🙂
