I’ve always been the type of the person of finding it hard to put on muscle. I’ve known tom since school and I knew he was a nutritionist and had a great understanding of training.
Last year I went to America and my goal was to put on some muscle so I decided to go with him and I’ve never looked back. I wanted to gain some lean muscle and get into good shape. He gave me a food plan with everything broken down from the carbs, fat and protein I should be consuming on training and non training days. He has also supported me throughout the plan very well. I have been very happy with the results and will continue to work with him.
